A good resource for many novice and more experienced webmasters. I
appreciate you taking your time to display your work for others to use. Making the menu available to the user at all times is a must. I am glad that you have incorporated this into your design. A frame site may serve you better. Not sure why the awards section is different from all the others. This is a large resource for web site beginners that may not be comfortable creating their own graphics. Congratulations
